[1] Concentrated and dewatering of stock
[2] Washing of stock
[3] Stock recovery during white water circulation
Principle
With this machine, raw material is fed into the rotating drum, using gravity and centrifugal force it then discharges the filtered material outside of drum and removes the concentrated, dewatered stock from inside the drum
A partition bar is installed inside the drum, acting as a sluice, to keep the stock within it as long as possible.
In addition, depending on rotation, a helical screw (made from rubber) or “push-back bar”, travels in the reverse direction to that of the raw material. This extends the stagnation time of the material along with breaking down the material that is turning to matt. This raises the efficiency of dewatering and washing.
In addition, it is possible to increase the substitute washing rate and implement substitute water injection.
